Our Booking Process

Ready to book? 
What to expect

  1. Submit your booking request on our “Inquiries” page!

  2. We’ll get back to you (via email or text) within 2-3 calendar days to discuss our next steps!

  3. Once we know everything about your childcare needs, a deposit secures your date on our calendar!

  4. You’ll then receive an email with a few questions about your children! This helps us learn the most important (and AWESOME) things about your littles. It asks about your child’s personality, interests and any known allergies or play limitations.

  5. Final Payment for Weddings & Private events is due 1 month before your date!

  6. Finally, you can rest easy knowing your kids will be in the BEST care the day of your event.
